Anti-social behaviour is basically kids annoying neighbours, but if they found something else to do they wouldn't be a nuisance. Find something they like and they'll leave you alone...For a while, at least.
i think some teenagers do this because they feel a alot better tormenting people that are older and different, there is still some kids out there who hav there heads screwed on you jus have to find them, i think tony blair should do more to help prevent anti socail behaviour
